What is the PSG Digital Marketing Grant?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a government grant that supports Singapore SMEs in adopting pre-approved IT solutions, equipment and services to improve productivity and business performance.

All packages follow IMDA’s PSG scope and pricing framework, and are listed on GoBusiness under the SMEs Go Digital programme. (Your grant application and final support level will be assessed and approved by Enterprise Singapore and IMDA.)

How to Get Started
Step 1
Speak with Us
Share your goals, current digital presence, and budget. We’ll recommend a suitable pre-approved package that fits your needs.
Step 2
Receive a PSG quotation
We’ll prepare a formal quotation for the pre-approved package, which you’ll use in your application via the Business Grants Portal (BGP).
Step 3
Submit your PSG application
Using CorpPass, you may submit the application on BGP with the required documents (e.g., ACRA profile, latest financials, our quotation).
Important: We will not sign a contract or accept payment related to the solution before your grant is approved. Doing so can make the project ineligible for PSG support.

Step 4
Wait for the Letter of Offer (LOF)
Enterprise Singapore and IMDA review your application. If successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer detailing the approved support level and conditions. Each complete application usually takes around 6 weeks to process.
Step 5
Accept the offer, then begin work
Once you accept the LOF, we can begin the PSG-supported project and run your campaigns according to the approved scope and timeline.
Step 6
Complete the project and submit your claim
After the project period is completed and full payment is made to us, you may submit your claim via BGP with the necessary documents (e.g. invoices, proof of payment, usage reports which we will provide, etc)
Enterprise Singapore will evaluate the claim, and upon approval, disburse the claim amount to your company within 14 working days.
