Building Digital Growth Together Since 2021
We didn’t set out solely to become a “big agency.” Instead, we set out to walk alongside people. If you’re curious about Big Wall, it begins with stories like our very first client, STUDIO DAM, who is still with us years later, not because of contracts or clever pitches, but because real partnership lasts.
The Values Behind Every Partnership
People matter most
Every business is a person’s dream. We treat it with the same care as if it were our own.
Growth that lasts
Quick fixes will slip. We build strategies that hold, so you can climb higher year after year.
Work with purpose
Integrity, stewardship, and a bigger picture guide us on how we work, who we serve, and the impact we create.
Life in Our Pixel Office
At Big Wall Digital, we’re more than just screens and strategy sessions, we’re a family. Our Gather Town space is a digital playground where teammates drop by for quick chats, and brainstorm in our pixelated desks. We host a go‑kart race every Friday, because we know that a bit of friendly competition & laughter fuels creativity. This fun, collaborative environment keeps us energized and reminds us that the best ideas come when we enjoy the climb together.
How We Work to Achieve the Big Wall Effect
Get the foundations right, then compound performance — no shortcuts, no noise.
Your Growth Creates a Wider Impact
The work we do doesn’t stop at just businesses. It overflows into impact projects, from teaching robotics in Cambodia and supporting missions in Peru, to keeping school websites safe. Every climb with us will empower others to climb too. That’s what Big Wall Digital is all about.
Anchored in Purpose
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Lydia Yang
Lydia Yang is the co-founder of Big Wall Digital, a digital marketing strategist, speaker, and adventurer. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a business degree specialising in marketing and began her career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In 2017, at the age of 30, Lydia made the bold decision to leave her full-time role in the top hotel chain Marriott to pursue her own business. She stepped away from the corporate path, trading high heels for hiking boots, and focused on growing her adventure travel platform Lydiascapes.com while building her own marketing consultancy.
Her journey took an unexpected turn when she was invited to speak at a travel conference in Ireland in 2017. During that trip, she met business owner and entrepreneur Cez Krol, who would later become her husband and co-founder. Together, they founded Big Wall Digital, a digital marketing agency registered in Singapore that helps small and mid-sized companies gain more customer enquiries through strategic SEO and digital marketing. Lydia has worked with businesses across industries such as retail, tech, luxury and real estate, helping brands build authority and grow sustainably in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
Paired with her digital marketing experience, Lydia is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC) certified by Enterprise Singapore via the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore). This credential equips her to leverage government-funded grants like the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), guiding companies through transformative marketing and branding initiatives. Coupled with her role as an ACLP-certified trainer with five years of CET and adult training experience, she has facilitated masterclasses and professional workshops for industry giants such as Coca-Cola, Wingtai, and the NUS Business School.
Other than training, Lydia has been invited to speak at esteemed conferences like Digital Marketing Asia and Himalayan Travel Mart; she has also acted as global faculty trainer for the India Business School Senior Management Programme under IIMK. During the COVID period, she was also invited to develop a Diploma Specialist Curriculum for Nanyang Polytechnic.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lydia continues to inspire others through travel and storytelling. As founder and curator of Lydiascapes.com—an adventure hub that has ever attained 42,000 monthly views — she shares itineraries and travel guides to over 60 countries, carving a niche in the rock-climbing community. Lydia also enjoys speaking at travel conferences around the world about remote work, passive income and blending her passion for adventure with making a living. Cez Kroll
WordPress Development to Digital Marketing in Singapore
I built my first WordPress website back in 2011. Since then, the internet has changed drastically, and so has my career. My name is Cez Krol, and while I am originally from Poland, I spent most of my life outside my home country and now live and work predominantly in Singapore. Over the last decade, my work naturally evolved from simply building websites to understanding the complex search strategies that actually bring the right people to them.
Christian Faith and Business Stewardship
Beyond the technical work, my approach to business is deeply rooted in my Christian faith. I view digital marketing through the lens of stewardship. When a business owner trusts our agency with their brand and their budget, I feel a personal responsibility to handle that investment with honesty and care. For me, that means ignoring the shortcuts and focusing entirely on strategies that will genuinely help their business thrive.
Co-Founding Big Wall Digital with Lydia Yang
In 2021, my wife Lydia Yang and I decided to merge our separate digital marketing businesses. That’s how Big Wall Digital was born. We quickly found a natural rhythm as co-founders by leaning into our respective strengths: Lydia drives our business development and company vision, while I love rolling up my sleeves to handle client servicing and the technical execution of our search campaigns.
The “Big Wall” Climbing Strategy for Digital Marketing
The name of our agency comes from a passion Lydia and I share: big wall climbing. Unlike standard single-pitch rock climbing, scaling a big wall is a massive endeavor. It requires managing gear across multiple pitches, and it demands intense preparation, expertise, and endurance rather than sudden, risky jumps. I look at digital marketing the exact same way. True, lasting online growth requires a secure technical foundation and steady, compounded progress.
Driving Qualified Leads Over Vanity Metrics
In a highly competitive market like Singapore, it is tempting to chase rapid traffic spikes to impress clients. I prefer to tune out those vanity metrics. My priority is guiding our team to design search architectures that attract qualified leads. Massive traffic means very little if it doesn’t convert; our focus is on building systems that generate real-world revenue and sustainable opportunities for the businesses we partner with.
Preparing Websites for AI Search and GEO
The digital landscape is currently shifting toward AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Instead of trying to trick these new algorithms, our technical focus is entirely on building robust external signals. By establishing widespread, verified authority across the web, we make sure that when AI engines synthesize information, our clients are naturally cited and trusted as the reliable answer.
Giving Back Through NGO and Mission Work
At the end of the day, Lydia and I see our business as a vehicle to serve others. We share a very deep connection to Cambodia from our time doing Christian mission work there, and we consider the people there like family. Through Big Wall Digital’s Impact Projects, we use our agency’s resources to support NGOs and missions in Cambodia and other countries. By offering pro-bono and fractional-cost digital marketing services we help them amplify their reach and continue making a tangible difference

Elizabeth Yeo
I am Elizabeth, an Account Executive at Big Wall Digital. I work closely with clients to support their digital marketing and SEO initiatives, helping to ensure that ideas, strategy, and execution come together in a purposeful and practical way.
With a background in law, I bring an analytical and detail-oriented perspective to my work. It has shaped the way I think, training me to look closely, think critically, and approach challenges with care. Over time, I have come to enjoy the balance between creativity and structure, where design, content, research, and methodical SEO work together to move a brand forward.
I have had the opportunity to help clients build websites that serve a clear purpose, strengthen their online visibility, and generate leads more effectively. In my work, I value both the finer details and the bigger picture, because meaningful progress often comes from getting the fundamentals right while staying focused on the overall direction.
A small irony about me is that I am afraid of heights. My way of dealing with it is to keep looking up and forward, and in many ways, that reflects how I approach the work we do for our clients too: with steady focus, thoughtful steps, and an eye on where we are trying to go.
