Your business has evolved. Has the way customers see you kept up? We uncover your strengths and turn them into a differentiated position that speaks to the right audience.
- Business, brand and competitor diagnosis
- Target audiences, value proposition and brand promise
- Positioning, messaging and visual identity recommendations
Build a stronger proposition
Look-alike claims such as quality service, trusted partner and best value blur into the background, while your strengths, your audience and your promise come into focus at the centre of a camera lens.
Start with the perception
What do you do?
From outside, most businesses make the same claims. Customers hear noise, not a reason.

01 Build awareness
Discover
“We understand the problem you need solved.”
Search: answers their question, Social ads: names their problem
02 Earn confidence
Consider
“Here is proof it works for businesses like yours.”
Website: keeps the same promise, Reviews: proof from people like them
03 Make value clear
Choose
“This is what you get, and why it is worth it.”
Sales call: picks up the same thread, Proposal: clear value, clear next step
04 Deepen relationships
Stay & recommend
“We keep our promise long after the sale.”
Onboarding: delivers what was sold, Referrals: a story worth sharing
01 Friction
Discover
The ad and the search result tell two different stories.
Search: a generic listing, Social ads: a different offer
02 Friction
Consider
The website does not match the promise that brought them in.
Website: a different message, Reviews: hard to find
03 Friction
Choose
Sales starts the conversation again from zero.
Sales call: no context from marketing, Proposal: a generic price list
04 Friction
Stay & recommend
After the sale nobody follows up, so nobody recommends.
Onboarding: left to chance, Referrals: never asked for

A few things to know.
What is the EDGE Grant?
EDGE (Enterprise Digitalisation, Growth and Expansion) is Enterprise Singapore’s single shopfront that replaces EDG, MRA and PSG. It covers 8 business areas and 150+ activities. See the official EDGE Grant page.
How much support can my business receive under EDGE?
SMEs can receive up to 70% support on selected activities (for example internationalisation and sustainability) and up to 50% on general activities. Non-SMEs: up to 50% and 30% respectively. Total grant support is capped at S$100,000 per company per year, refreshed on 1 April. Levels vary by activity.
What can Big Wall Digital help with under EDGE?
We help with EDGE-aligned strategic brand and marketing consultancy (positioning, customer journeys, market growth) and with digitalisation packages such as SEO and SEM where they sit under EDGE digitalisation activities. Scope depends on the EDGE activity you apply for. We do not claim obsolete PSG-only or EDG-only framing.
How do I apply for EDGE?
Discover the activity on Enterprise Singapore or BizSG, then submit via the Business Grants Portal using your company’s CorpPass (BGP Preparer / Acceptor). We help you assess fit, shape scope and prepare documents. Do not start work or pay vendors before you submit (retrospective applications are not supported).
Can Big Wall Digital help with my EDGE application?
Yes, we can assist you to:
- Assess eligibility and which EDGE activity fits
- Prepare proposals, work plans and supporting documents
- Advise on strategy and digitalisation deliverables that align with EDGE
As Registered Management Consultants, we guide you through scoping and documentation for a clearer application journey. Approval remains with Enterprise Singapore.
What happens after I submit an application?
Enterprise Singapore reviews eligibility, outcomes and documentation. Processing time varies by EDGE activity. After approval, complete the project, pay in full, then claim reimbursement on BGP. Claims windows differ by activity type.
